Our story
Talos, in Greek mythology, was a giant made of bronze who stood guard over the island of Crete, protecting it from intruders. Inspired by this symbol of vigilance, we named our company TALOS to reflect our mission: to protect vascular health through data-driven, preventive technologies.
TALOS was founded by neurosurgeons from Seoul National University Bundang Hospital who witnessed, firsthand, the limitations of treating life-threatening brain conditions only after symptoms appeared. Even with the most advanced surgical tools, not every life could be saved.
This experience sparked a critical question:
“What if we could detect serious diseases before symptoms arise?”
That question led to the creation of ANRISK®, our first step toward transforming healthcare from reactive treatment to proactive prevention.
